We're Back!

Mendips Raceway is delighted to announce, for the first time in 4 months we will be opening our doors for Oval Racing!

We will be hosting a practice weekend, on the 25th and 26th July, with 60 spaces available for each day at an ORCi set cost of £40 per driver, with only one mechanic allowed. There will be strictly no car sharing.

Saturday 25th July will play host to all bangers, rookies, Nationals and Unlimiteds and all Stock cars, Brisca F1, Brisca F2, V8 Hotstox and Saloons

Sunday 26th will play host to Special Rods, Junior Rods, Stock Rods and Robins.

The slots are strictly first come first served at the link at the bottom of this post, there will be no turning up on the day without a booking, and you must book in with your name, number and the day you’re attending, which will mean you are signed on.

Confirmation of your booking is your payment on the link at the bottom of the form.

Please read the file at the top of the page named ‘Covid-19 Agreement’ before booking your slot.

Social Distancing
This is a strictly Social Distanced event.  All in attendance must stay 2m apart.  Whilst government Guidelines are relaxing, it is still vital to remember that COVID – 19 is still a danger, so please ensure you maintain your 2m distance.

All drivers and mechanics will be required to supply their own racing PPE plus a face mask and disposable hygienic gloves which must be worn at all times once within the pit area and stadium except in the case of the driver when you have your racing PPE on to practice.

There will be strictly no spectators for this event.

Toilets
Toilets will be provided but social distancing must be maintained whilst queuing to use the facilities. Toilets will be manned fulltime and only one person will be permitted into the male or female toilets at any time.
